At just 17, Richard moved to Pembrokeshire from Birmingham in 1988 to set up Big Brum’s. 37 years later, he lives in Saundersfoot with his family and is proud to call Pembrokeshire home.
Alan Taylor
Manager
Alan has worked for Big Brum’s for 28 years. He lives in Milford Haven and is married with three children and three grandchildren.
Rob Burton
Team Member
Rob has spent his whole working life with Big Brum’s – over 27 years. He lives in Pembroke Dock and is married with three children.
Jamie Smith
Team Member
Jamie has been at Big Brum’s for 15 years. He lives in Pembroke Dock, Is married with three children and with his lovely wife Emma look after three other children.
